Yup. I use CS6. I actually use HDR sometimes and face the halo effect that's shown in this shot. To remove this, use the history brush (don't crop or resize your photo until you're finished editing, because you won't be able to use the history brush when you resize or crop the image) and just carefully brush it against the sky to make it white again.

I used the history brush for this shot (I edited it for him) and as you can see the halo effect is gone. http://www.exoticspotter.com/audi-r8-edinburgh-united-kingdom-108311

XaJay, are you talking about exposure compensation? I think it's be easier just to adjust the aperture and shutter speed.

Make the photo a little brighter.. on your camera you should be able to adjust the exposure it'll be like -2, -1, 0 ,+1, +2

With the editing you have the "halo" effect..Im assuming you used HDR which usually results in a gray monotone sky if it is not exposed correctly.
