Lol Benji, if the police pull over someone in a Exotic here, they won't worry about a fine, they will rather be posing and taking photos by it, regardless of what the owner did.

Yeah I'm not sure if they make a huge deal about not having plates, they can always pay a small fine and carry on with what they were doing haha
