Description Parked at Granite City. This one has the wing used on the S4S and early V8 models, which surprisingly doesn't look too bad here IMO, though I much prefer the original period-correct wing. Just seconds before spotting this as we were pulling in, a DeLorean was pulling out on to Utica Ridge.
I'd have to go with the Ferrari. While I do love the Esprit in all its versions throughout the years (especially the S4), the 308 QV ranks high on my list of favorite cars.
IMO the 308's design is just drop-dead gorgeous and continues to look better as years pass by. I'd like to say it's timeless because while it's obvious that it's an older design, it's still such a beautiful and striking design that it will never become "unattractive" to the masses. It's not only one of the prettiest Ferraris ever to me, but one of the prettiest cars, period.
On top of its incredible shape, I love the sounds it makes and the fact that it's not mind-bendingly fast, which allows you to be able to exploit all of its power without the constant fear of the car's power being too much for the road. It has usable power, allowing for such an enjoyable driving experience.
I love the Esprit, but I wouldn't even hesitate to choose the 308 QV over it.
