I live in NY, where it is currently -40 with the wind chill. All the car washes are closed because the pipes are frozen. They throw more salt on the road then snow that falls. Please tell me how to wash my car. I do not have a garage, therefore I cannot do a waterless wash either

Plus, washing a car ever other day is an extreme waste of water. Your idea of washing your cars 13 times last week is wasteful and quite useless in the eyes of many.
