Sick video! The Chinese car scene at Penn State isn't quite as extreme as that, but it's definitely unexpected. There's one kid with an orange wrapped Maserati, but other than that it's mainly stock BMW M's and Audi S'& RS'. Still cool

Not sure why it has a NJ plate (lower taxes?) I do know it's owned by one of the Chinese students, though. I've seen pics on here and instagram for forever, so its not just some guy visiting. There are a whole group of foreign students that whip around in Maserati's, AMG's, etc.
