@Ferrari
Yeah I mean sure I give up whatever it doesn't break any rules. Just gets kinda annoying when I'm just posting pics of them on the road, never knowing when I'll see one and everyone there can just go to a parking lot and know they're gonna see a car to post. I think of it as cheating.
Are you implying that I had no idea that exotics will show up? It's a well-known thing that the parking lot is famous for having a lot of great cars. Does that mean all spots at the Dorchester Hotel in London should be taken down because it's well-known that there are exotic cars there all the time? I'm just following your line of reasoning here. Also, "Keep spinning it however you want." Spinning what? The rules? I'M THE ONE who's twisting the rules? I literally quoted them verbatim. I understand that it's almost guaranteed that this place will have great cars. Does that make it any less of a spot? Absolutely not. A spot is a spot. A car show is a car show, and this isn't a car show.
This does follow the rules as drafted, it is not a 1) car show, 2) dealership or 3) racetrack. However... I think what @Langnews is expressing is similar to my thoughts... (please correct me if I am wrong @langnews)
These spots are analogous to car shows, dealerships and racetrack's in sense that like those places you don't know specifically what exotics will be there, however you do know some will be there, guaranteed, 100%. It is no secret that spectator lots are filled with exotic sports cars, I think this spot and many others prove that. Basic issue is spectator lots offer the same easy spots as do car shows, dealerships and racetrack's. In my humblest of opinions, all should be banned, if someone wants to show them, add a link to your page or other spots... again, just my opinion...
This picture is at a spectator lot of a show. Sure it is only one car, but no one cares that it is a spectators lot. But when you add about 25 more exotics to the picture everyone goes crazy? Makes no sense
I took a direct look at the guidelines. "NO car shows, racetracks, driveways, dealerships--what's the fun in that?" Is this parking lot a car show? No. Is it a racetrack? No. Is it a driveway? Nope. Is it a dealership? Noperino. Don't try to change this picture into something it's not. This picture follows the guidelines 100%.
