    Saw this interesting and somewhat mysterious Phantom from Iraq cruising around Georgetown. It was seemingly customized for the owner, as it had a recurring Arabic calligraphic symbol on the exterior and interior dashboard. Perhaps the royal family? Who knows? You see cars from interesting places in the DC area. All I know is that watching this land yacht do a 180 degree turn to pull into an alley in Saturday evening Georgetown traffic was amusing. One guy saw the car and was shouting, “RESOURCE EXTRACTION!”
