Description This is a follow up shot of a CGT I spotted back in 2013. Sadly to this day I have only spotted her once! This was shot on Blackland Road just off of Roswell Road.
West if you join AG make sure you post at least two angles, preferably three or more, of each car you upload. It took me a long time to figure that out, and you also have to include the plate number in its category, otherwise the mods will remove you upload.
Thank you west I really appreciate you recommending the site to me it made me love carspotting even more being able to share my photos there I enjoyed my time being on that site and wish it was still running!!
Great shot west this car is stunning I do miss chasing exotics it was such a good site to uplaod to and the community was always great no matter how small it was nick me and Sam joined chasing exotics around the same time lol
Thanks everyone. Hi AJ and Nick. Chasing Exotics was not a perfect site by any means, but I did enjoy it a lot. I would of taken over the site from Doug if given the chance. The site had so many good members, including car owners who tuned in even at the end. I'm sure I would not of been the only one to save it.
Like Alex pointed out it was a great place to dump your weekly spots, as well as any car show event pics like Car Weeks and Cavallino etc, etc. It also was a cool way to interact with other members. Anyways Exotic spotter has been a great home and I am even going to join Autogespt so I can use all my shots that are not featured on here.
Alex your right that Atlanta did have so many CGT's roaming around. I still remember when I posted this car on CE. I don't remember the members name, maybe you will he commented that he was present when this car was delivered to the owner. He stated that The Atlanta spotters would be seeing it all the time lol. I am still hoping on spotting it for a second time Haha.
I think only Sam was but I get them confused sometimes because of their similar usernames. I had forgotten that Vinnie (vinchops) also joined shortly before the site was shut down.
Most of them were and still are, Lamborarri. AJ was on there, as was West, Ben (davisvehicles), Sam (aussiespotter), TYI, and one or two others who's names I can't remember off the top of my head.
ChasingExotics was the place to be. I really enjoyed that site and I liked that I could just dump all my spots from a trip or day, "featured" or not, in one post to let everyone see. The community there was very nice!
The site was pulled basically overnight without any warning from what I remember. It was kind of a sad day, there wasn't really any drama on there because the few remaining members were all nice and supportive of each other, and it was cool to check out everyone's spottings without having to sort through a featured/all tab and whatnot.
That's unfortunate. I was wondering because during West's last Miami trip, I had said that it was impossible to keep track of all the cars he had seen. He told me he would be posting it all on CE and for me to check it out. When I went to do that, the domain was unavailable.
