I use automode, its the best because the camera sorts everything out.

Do DSLRs have auto modes?

Oh, the 55-200? Yeah, that one you do have to stand really far away for.

But needs a lot of light? That's not just your lens though. Either turn on your flash or get a tripod. Or turn up your ISO.

And it's the lighint that changes the color. Just get a polarizer.

Well first of you have to stand extremely far away from a car to get the whole car in a pic, secondly it won't shoot in the dark because it needs a ton of light, an it somewhat distort the color.

And the P520 is a point and shoot. Anything you can't change lenses on is a point and shoot.

I got a Nikon P520, mainly because I don't need to worry about lenses since its zoom and photo quality is good.

It's just like a point and shoot but you spin a lens instead of hold a button to zoom. Super easy. I learned in like 15 minutes.

Oh yeah lol 18-55. Sorry. So yeah, I decided on that. Hopefully once I get it I'll be able to learn how to use it pretty easily.

18-5 or 18-55?
Because the first one isn't even real.

I use the 18-55 and yeah, that's a normal medium range for a lens. VR means vibration reduction and that's good too. I like it for most occasions.

oh ok. I wasnt planning on that anyways. it comes with a 18-5mm VR. I don't really know what that means, but is that good for the average user like me?

Well, the camera will come with a lens if it says on the box that it's the kit, not just the body. And i still only have my kit lens. The D3200 and D3300 have a lot of megapixels so they can crop pretty far. I would wait on getting one.
