Description This amazing BMW M3 was next to a Porsche 911 in a spectator lot at Caffeine and Carburetors in New Canaan CT. It said M3 CSL, is that a special edition? Also, I dedicate this picture to Paul Walker, may he Rest In Peace. I feel like this is something he would enjoy.
nice pic!, I like the Monaro, and yeah it doesn't look like its got the Pontiac front, I've see allot of Monaro's cause I am from "aussieland" haha and that looks like a Holden front end for sure some people put the Pontiac front end on it over here and they don't look the allot the same
I asked the guy. He said that in the US there is no registration for Holden, so be HAD to file it under the closest thing, being the Pontiac GTO. But the one i saw was real, direct from Aussieland.
One thing to note about that "Holden Monaro/Pontiac GTO": It is possible to get a conversion body kit for the GTO to look like a Monaro. The kit is quite expensive to get. The body kit set by itself is about $1,500 plus delivery cost; which does not include badging. Front and trunk lid badges set is about $55. Exterior Monaro badging kit is another $165. Lastly, the Monaro side marker kit that covers the GTO side badging is about $137. Add it all up and you'd be spending over $2,000 on the conversion.
He lives in my town! Pittsford! I've seen him at my local shows, but the picture i have is when i saw him in Canada!
I'll post a link wait a sec :)
