Thanks, L-I. Nice to hear from you again. Everything in W.D.C. is redundant, can't have too many lights. GTS is heading north where in 1/5 of a mile there are more red lights at the entrance to the CIA. At this entrance several years ago, @ lunchtime, while cars were stopped at the lights, a guy got out of his car & began spraying bullets randomly, killing several citizens.
