My brother once caught 2 turtles once in the fall and he kept them outside but we got one of those new york snowing really early days and they both froze into a solid block of ice and died.

Kindof a contradiction that a "turtle" "ran" away. Turtles are supposed to be slow.

just saying this randomly, but I used to have a pet turtle. but somehow he ran away?

I never see frogs here. My friend has a pond with some though.
And i would tell you to poke that muskrat but i dont want to be responsible for you getting bitten and dying of a disease.

I think catfish have poison in their teeth. Not enough to harm you other than with pain though.

@Djshift Ya I've seen that before but I'm a little too scared to try it.I don't really like the idea of sticking my hand in a hole underwater and something grabbing it.And besides I've been bitten by a small catfish, and that hurt bad enough.
@Lambolover I do most of my fishing in private lakes and ponds around my area, and occasionally to the Tennessee river, but my favorite place to fish is the ocean. There are so many different types of fish, and I'm happy because we are going to Navarre Beach,Florida in a little over a week, and I am planning on doing a lot of fishing.Hopefully I will see a few Exotics there too:)BTW Nice spot!

My dad's friend just bought a Quattroporte and he's already brought it fishing. He also has a Ford Expedition so I have no clue why he brought that...

They're pretty cool but i guess according to the counselors they can carry diseases.

If i wasn't so close to this porsche, where i caught it was actually a few feet out of frame to the left.

I've finished all 4 levels of sailing camp but when i was in level three we were bringing the boats back in and we were at the shore about to lift the boats back on land so i was helping lift a boat but i saw something swimming behind me and i just dropped the boat on the ground, jumped into the water, landed on a muskrat, caught it underwater, and lifted it in the air in both hands. Some people thought it was funny but the counselors got really mad and made me let them check my hands and arms to make sure it didn't bite me and they were all really mad. Muskrats are actually suprisingly soft.

@KenS95, I've always wanted a pet catfish. I really want to try catching a catfish by doing the thing where you put your hand in the hole in a swamp and wait for the catfish to bite your wrist so you could pull it out (you've probably seen someone do it on TV)

I don't really like snakes, but my brother likes them as much as I like cars.

I dont like touching fish (partly because i'm a vegetarian and partly because i've been stabbed by a bass' top fin spikes)

Ya,When we were down in Gulf Shores, there were some fish that had teeth just like snakes,we would go out in the water at night and catch them with our hands, and if you wouldn't grab them behind the head they would turn around and bite you.It was just like a snake bite,it wouldn't hurt much, but it would bleed an bleed.

Because gerbils teeth are flat but a snakes tooth is like a needle.

Ya,we used to have a few gerbils, and I got bit several times and it hurts far more than a snake.

Yeah, i would get bit by my snake but it doesn't hurt that much (unless you own a poisonous snake). Hamsters and gerbils hurt a lot more. My old gerbil would bite and then just hang onto my hand with its teeth and squirm around ripping a big hole in my hand, that hurt.
