I have had a similar experience too! I tried to upload a Brabus 800 Convertible, a very rare and expensive car (costs over 850,000 euros)! It only got featured because I uploaded it as SLS AMG! If I were you I would upload it under GT3, so it gets featured! Someone should take charge and replace the admins, so the site stays active!
