Description While delivering parts in Rocklin, California I came across this car an Apollo built from 1962-1965 in Oakland, California. This car is very rare find as there was only 90 examples ever produced.
@DjShift/FoSC: That is no coincidence as the Apollo 5000GT, first built by Intermeccanica in 1963, was young Californian Milt Brown's answer to the Aston Martin DB4 and Ferrari models of the era. These were late sold as the Vetta Ventura because the other company who was building them (International Motor Cars) because of lack of financing. They were built by Vanguard, Inc. of Dallas, Texas until 1966. Vanguard was only able to build 11 cars, and the 11 more that the company should have produced weren't officially complete until 1971.
