The same owner (Jonathan Hui) owns all three cars. I believe he has owned the McLaren F1 for a long time, so the first time HK vehicle registration tax isn't calculated the same way as modern cars. I don't think he paid US$30m in taxes alone to get the F1 registered.

He also owns 3 Paganis. The famous Zonda Fantasma Evo belongs to him.
