    headed down to the Woodward Dream Cuise and out of all the muscle cars and classics, this pulls up in front of me!!! i'm a car guy but i have no clue what it is! i was lucky enough to have my camera and snap two quick pics before their light went green! aweesomme!

I finally figured out what this is. It's made by a company called Advanced Automotive Technologies, it's called the Heldo and I'm pretty sure it's only been a prototype.
