It's a Pontiac Solstice coupe with a custom widebody kit. I haven't been able to track down an actual name for the kit, but closest I could find to the name is it's Nankoo Design kit. It's made by Chris Nankoo who lives in Montreal. The plates are very hard to read in the other pic, but I believe this is his personal car and swapped the engine for a supercharged Corvette LS1. This actually has his newer panoramic hard top.

His kits aren't cheap as full kit goes for about $10,000 from what I could find. This kit just appearances only.
