Personally id count this as exotic I mean its a freaking Monster truck that's much rarer than a BMW 6 series or a merc g-wagon

It's a monster truck theres nothing exotic about. The BMW 760Li has a V12 and that car doesn't belong on this site. Therefore this monster truck doesn't belong on this site.
