This most likely falls under the Classic Car Law now that it's 20-25 years old. As long as it has working headlights, brake lights and a license plate, you're good to go.

Pretty sure they had this car at Quaker Steak when they first opened it by Stonebriar... I think that restuarant is gone now? Moved away a few years ago... Looks like that's by the new Toyota HQ?
