Context is everything. It appears that the car is parked immediately in front of a tattoo/piecing shop, & is serving as advertising, or an announcement at least, that bright colors are available within. I can imagine the tattoo artist driving the car with his arm, covered with tattoo colors as bright as the car's, resting on the door. The car takes on additional meaning. A very nice picture, excellent spot.

I'd take the SLS but swap the wheels out for some that look better.
