In the summer, wisconsin is excellent for spotting, you're gauranteed to see exotics every day. In late fall/early winter it's not the best because it's a bit chilly but you'll stumble upon 'em. In winter you almost NEVER see them. The whole winter I only saw three things: two R8's and a rolls royce ghost.
