Not my photo, but I'll see if I can a answer - UK registration check sites show that '1 BHT' is not registered in the UK. The police in London request that the plethora of middle-eastern cars that descend on London have plates which are easily readable. '1 BHT' cannot be from Qatar, Dubai, Abu Dhabi or Bahrain, due to the format, therefore it is very likely this car is Saudi.
