This is not a Landaulet, for Landaulets are convertible and have different wheels and a significantly different rear window without blinds. This is actually as @waddle2gracious said a Maybach 57. This is a 2007 SWB model, very nice find.

Pure luxury! It doesn't look like one...unless it has a black cloth top. Looks like a 57 to me, but others on this site are better at identifying them.
