I am not sure... It was kinda close to the library where i saw one b4... I saw it driving along but couldnt get a shot of it because I was just coming out of the library. I ran over and saw it pull into a restaurant parking lot like 2 doors down near the bank. I ran over there and got pics. There is apartmants across the street so I think he might live there...
