Mercedes 4x4 Squared spotted in Miami Beach, Florida

Details on This Mercedes 4x4 Squared:

  • Location
    Miami Beach, Florida
  • Description
I saw this insane Brabus G500 4x4 parked up at the 1 Hotel in Miami Beach! This is my first spot of one! I actually saw a few G500s in Miami. I love these and I think they look amazing! Certainly one of my dream cars. Combo with a Dodge Challenger RT.

It's not that I couldn't tell the difference- I just thought that G Wagons were called 4x4's. Whenever I saw a 4x4 squared, I thought it was a modded G Wagon lol

Lmao I just read through all of this. It is quite simple to tell a 4x4 squared from a standard G wagon - 4x4 squared's are a lot taller and bigger.

Wow, so 4x4 squares are rare! I thought that they were the same thing as G Wagons, so I would get super surprised when people said that there were none in their town. Then I started to think that maybe Miami really was supercar central. I live here, but people really overrate Miami for spotting

Most of the time g wagons get accepted under “other other” but to be accepted under 4x4 is kind of a mistake.

Ok, that makes a lot of sense- I see G Wagons everywhere and I wondered how they could be so rare in other places. Thanks for the clarification. Do you have any idea why this got accepted? I thought that G Wagons and 4x4s were the same thing. That's why I uploaded it.

Mercedes 4x4’s are different than normal g wagons. 4x4’s never have the spare tire on the back of them. 4x4’s also borrow the same axle technology from the 6x6 giving this beast around 18 inches of ground clearance. The other obvious difference is the carbon fiber fenders and large light bar at the top of car. One of the biggest difference is the price tag, with the 4x4 costing over $100k more than a standard g wagon.

So let me get something straight- G500's are common, but a 4x4 is only a 4x4 if it doesn't have a spare tire?

What makes a 4x4 a 4x4?

Not every g wagon has a spare tire on the back. i have never seen a pic of a 4x4 with a tire on the back of it, but most normal g wagons have a tire on the back, today i saw a g500 with a tire on the back and every other normal g wagon i have seen had a tire on the back

But what were you trying to say about the spare tires in the back?

I was talking about G Wagons- no worries.
But G Wagons are common everywhere then, it's just the ones without the spare tire that are rare?

I was confused :| The original confusion was on the comment of “They’re a normal car here in Miami, at least 15-30 a day.” Now I think you were talking about the Challenger when at first I thought you were talking about 4x4’s. That’s why I wondered about if you were seeing normal g wagons. But now I realize you were talking about the Challenger.

Wait no, that's not right. You can only upload a 4x4 if it doesn't have the tire? All of the G Wagons have tires in the back!

Yeah, I know what you're talking about. Over here, the ones with the tires in the back are uncommon!

4x4’s don’t have wheels on the back and are pretty uncommon.
