Mclaren 675LT spotted in Grapevine, Texas

Details on This Mclaren 675LT:

  • Description
    Spoke to owner. Said he got an MSO power bump in it to take power up to 775 hp. Also has a 650s and a Hennessey-tuned Land Rover in his garage, although why he keeps his 675 outside is beyond me. Notice the MSO bits (carbon mirrors, green trim on splitter, etc.)

@Kenny I get your point but having been in a Maybach before the back does have enormous doors where as the 675LTs are smaller. I personally think that he thought Napier green was a lighter shade so he’s letting that Texas sun bleach the paint

@kennyMK6R makes sense, but this was during the day, and I had watched him racing around town but couldn't get pictures until I found him parked outside. In my eyes, it makes most sense for him to keep the 650s (which I believe is a LeMans edition, because I've seen it before) and the 675 indoors as weekend toys, and the Land Rover as a commuter outside. Perhaps you're right, though, and he sees it the way your friend does.

Yeah, I hadn't either, but he mentioned it when I asked him if he'd heard of the 688 HS. I mentioned the slight power difference and that's when he said he got that power bump.
