Hardly anyone with a nice car has real plates in LA. They don't use temp tags, so they try to keep cars looking extra clean, so cops just assume it's been recently sold. Amazing, you can be 30 seconds over on a parking meter and get a ticket, but drive around a car without a plate so you can avoid the traffic cameras and nobody cares
