They do look alike. The way I tell them apart is the silver line thing in the back. On the quattroporte it is connected to the lights and on the Ghibli it is below the lights.

Its ok! The ghibli to me looks more pissed and the quartoporte looks like its smiling. Thats how i tell them apart..
