Sorry i don't remember iff it was an SS, not sure iff i even noticed that at that time. I saw one a while ago at the technical car inspection but i diddent had my camera with me so i didden't get a picture of that one. And yes i also would take one of these above the latest Ghibli's which to me look like a Mazda... Don't know what they where thinking in Italy when they gave it the Ghibli name.
