Owned by a 33 year old. His father owns some casinos in Macau and has a bunch of other (sketchy) business interests. I was at this guys apartment a few months ago and wow! He has the top 3 floors of the building and the place is well over 20,000sqft. He has a big and very expensive watch collection and his line up of cars is also impressive but he said the majority of his cars are in Shanghai.

The guy in the picture is not the owner.
