I don't think he's trying to make it look like a LP670-4 SV. The intake before the rear wheel would also be black, as would the bottom of the rear bumper, and there would be some sort of a wing on it.

If you look at the front bumper there is an additional-and distinct groove-in it, that is not featured on a factory LP670-4 SV bumper (which most owners I know would order factory LP670 factory bumpers to get the look).

IMO, this is simply one of the aftermarket bumpers that can be ordered that has more pronounced grooves and front intakes on it and features a carbon fibre or black splitter in it.
