It had actual plates when I saw it, but they were the old style that still had the raised letters. Also it looked like he had spray painted the plate black

Look at my profile I saw it too and a Bentley continental wasn't too far from it
Either. When I spotted it though, it had temp plates so the guy just bought when I saw it
