@Brendon: Well it all depends on your editing style. If you want to edit like me (I couldn't blame you if you didn't want to). What I do is start off with clarity at 100. There's a tool called the adjustment brush where you can make certain parts of the picture have certain traits like blur, sharpness, grain, etc. With LR4, I can edit pictures in about 1-10 minutes depending on how much work I put into it. With Photoshop, it has a bunch of stuff you would never need for editing car pictures. LR4 is just a simpler Photoshop (and it costs a lot less).
