No not in the Trump hotel, I wrote in the description where it was taken. Yes anyone can go in, it is a public garage, just the residents of the bulding above rent spots and that is where the exotics are from.

I assumehopefully you are talking about the car to its left. The picture is rather old so I do not remember, but it is definitely possibly. There were many ferrari's, rr's, bentleys, and lamborghinis in that garage.
