    I have no idea y the whole rear was off but it sounded soooooo nice and all it did was drive up and down beech st for like 3hrs and I also saw a 430 spyder

They could also be modding the car and testing new aftermarket parts. I've seen other Gallardos with a naked rear end like that before and often it was because of engine work.
