I actually don't think I've ever actually seen an exotic car with a vanity plate.

But I see Hondas, Chevys, Nissans, etc. with awful plates.
I saw this Lincoln Navigator, the newer one, with the plate "MK3". Get it? I do like that plate though.

I think that dirty looking plate might look kind of cool on like a shiny black exotic, maybe, idk.

Same here. But there's not really a reason for it because if you don't get the front plates on your exotic over here, you can't do vanity plates and you get a special plate that looks really old and dirty.
