@ExoticSam rip u and all your camera gear and photos and spots @21Luke21 much appreciated for your comment and L/F! @Morgan535 yup, since Beijing has so many cars and a high pollution rate, it can take years to get a plate for a car and then more time after that to do all the registration and stuff so quite a fair amount of exotic owners here prefer to not wait and just purchase a car and drive around since police can't do anything if you have no plate. Also it may be that considering the Tricolore is a very rare and special car itself, the owner may hide the plates to avoid being tracked.
