How about just leaving people alone? The majority of the parking lot was apparently closed, so I honestly don't see a problem with him taking up two obsolete spaces in an obsolete parking lot. Even if the parking lot was full of cars, being a douche and boxing him in wouldn't "teach" him anything. In fact, he would most likely become very irritated, which in most cases solves nothing.
That's enough boys. In his defense, most of the plaza was closed, there was nobody around him. I agree it would be a dick move if it was a busy parking lot or a handicapped spot or whatever, but it wasn't causing anyone distress. And the owner was actually across the street at a Boston Pizza.
If the parking lot filled up, yes. But clearly that isn't the case here, and as you said you and your friend would intentionally box him in. How juvenile.
Well that's pretty stupid and juvenile, considering he's at the very outter portion of the parking lot and there appears to be plenty of spaces available. It'd be one thing if this was right up front by the building, or in some handicap spaces, but it's neither.
You and your friend acting like little punks would just make yourselves look pretty stupid compared to this guy, who wasn't bothering anyone.
The reason people park like this is to avoid dings, dents, and scratches. Unfortunately, parking like this seems to attract the idiots who feel the need to make an issue out of nothing instead.
The jackass here is certainly not the Diablo driver.
