I used a 18-135 lens on this one
the car had to slow down because of a crossroad and a speed bump in front of the car that you can't really see in the photo.

regardless this is an amazing shot, and it was more than likely coming very slowly towards him or he had a like a 70 - 300 lense, there is also a zebra crossing (pedestrian crossing) just before him and maybe he had to stop there for someone walking across
