Simple. Parents own business in China that is doing really well and send over money to buy any car they want. Allen Wong is an exception when it comes to being around age 22 and owning an Aventador. He became a Millionaire developing apps for Apple app store. Allen's 3 other Aventador friends in town are also self made millionaires.

Surprisingly all the kids in State College who own these nice cars are Chinese. Everyone jumps to stereotype that they're Asian haha.
