Description School got out at 1:20, had to wait til 2:00 because we had counseling meetings. So I go outside and I find a brand new grey Aventador Roadster! One of the coolest cars I've ever seen by my school.
Sausalito is a small town in Marin, across the Golden Gate Bridge. It's a pretty wealthy area, and just a generally nice place to be anyway. The spotting there is pretty good as well. Also, apparently the Monterey/Carmel area is still pretty good for spotting when it isn't car week, but probably only on nice days/weekends, etc. It is about 2 hours away from SF though.
I used to go to a private school but I dropped out because of family ordeals but in my area it's very common to see supercars. Even in the Ghettto areas.
Its so awesome how you see all of these cars outside of your school, all Ive seen at my school is a 458, cls63 and an e63 and i go to a pretty wealthy private school
Yeah, surprisingly San Francisco is not a huge car scene. But it's still hella expensive but Northern California you can still see pretty great cars. I go to California about 4 times a year and study the car scene there. Try going to San Mateo or San Jose. Nice cars can be seen there. :)
11_R8: the spotting is not too great, but it depends on where you are. If you are somewhere like downtown/Union Square/the Embarcadaro (near Giants stadium), you might see a few. Also on Geary or Van Ness, which are both near my school, might be pretty good for spotting. I see some crazy stuff because my school is right next to the Lamborghini dealer.
Chaserdog: Thanks! And I see why you'd recognize the location.
