Amazing spot! This guy lives in Miami so it is super rare that you saw him! I also caught him in Knoxville at a stop light and I will probably upload the pics later but we were definitely lucky to spot him!

It had a Montana plate (like many high-priced super cars), so I don't know if it's local or traveling. He had a vanity plate, I can tell you if it matches the one you're talking about.
