It's a CC8S or the CC I guess, it's a bit too smooth for a CCR.

what is that doing in chengdu?

Nothing of interest there apart from the pandas, btw, i live in shanghai and near my house there are 2 maybachs, 2 mercedes s65 amgs, 1 bmw m5 and a porsche cayenne turbo S, and a bentley continental gt, and an undercover mercedes.
