Hello, sorry to say but its a XK120 fhc, you can see the difference by the bumpers. an Xk 140 has got a large front bumper and a rear bumper, the car you've pictured has got two small front bumpers and just two overriders at the back (no real bumper) witch makes it an Xk120. nice spot anyway i like it (a lot).
