Description Ferrari Testarossa spotted in Bonita Springs (north Naples) Florida. The plates were from Indiana and the car is enjoyed and driven....you can tell! Still an interesting design from the rear.
512tr is amazing I have a huge sentimental love for these beasts for reasons ive stated before. Having the pleasure of a neighbor owning a concours worthy example that I have loved and enjoyed for years has truly built a life long appreciation for this car in my mind. 10* And qcramair as usual we are spot on as far as opinions
Basically a revised TR. More power, revised front fascia and rear end, body-colored side skirts, updated interior, wheels, and the flying buttresses extended all the way to the back edge of the car, instead of stopping short as on the Testarossa. Also, the 512's buttresses didn't have the black strips down the middle, and the engine cover's center "hump" was much lower/flatter, and black.
IMO, the 512TR is one of the best-looking cars of all time, and there's a nice red one about 20 miles from here.
Trust me....this one was driven, and driven HARD! The car was dirty and the owner was not shy to gun it down the road when leaving. I agree that it is great people are enjoying driving these cars not just looking at them.
