I don't know Glickenhaus by any means. I found out where his garage was and stopped by once to take some photos, that's about it. His garage is no where near where this shot was taken.

There are a million routes the car could've taken to get back to wherever it was coming from. There's no way he could've predicted 100% it would go down this highway. He's right, this is about 10 miles from where the show was taking place.
