@PotamacSpotter, positive. I worked for Ferrari. We required every owner to sign an acknowledgement that they wouldn't drive their Monzas on the road. They don't comply because of not having a windshield among some other safety requirements. However, as you have seen, no one enforces it. That's why many of these cars are being driven on the street, along with Elvas, Aston Martin Speedsters, SLR Stirling Moss, etc.
