@DjShift Good to hear, seems to bet he trend here in Pittsburgh as well, though mostly other exotics, not Ferraris. I just got back home from coffee before I wrote this, and as I was entering my home, a 100 year old 4 square on a average ish street, a r8 convertible ripped down my block. A Levante also moved lower down the street as well somewhat recently. Cars and coffee has got some new great cars in recently, though most owners only come once to discover that the local management is quite bad.
And I didn't get a chance to confirm whether it was Danny Wegmans or not. The security guard wasn't allowed to disclose names and I was there for more than an hour and the owner hadn't come out. I'm pretty sure it was someone else though.
