The car is a F40 LM which was located in a parking garage in South Beach. I posted the pictures of this same car a few days ago. It's most certainly legit and most certainly my favorite spot thus far. I have more pictures of this car with the nose off, interior pictures etc. I'm not sure the site will allow me to post more but I will certainly try!

It is one of the top 3 greatest ferraris ever made, especially in the past 50 years IMO and not only that but a very impressive piece of engineering even outside of the car world. Many people including one of my heroes the great jeremey clarkson say it is the single best car ever produced and to have the great luck to see this Extremely rare and beautiful LM version of it only should make you more eager to learn more and begin to appreciate what this car is and the standards it set for cars even today. 10*
