I wonder if the star on the bumper is for a police force. Lots of rich people that live around me out police and sheriffs stickers on their nice cars. I guess to avoid getting tickets, which works sometimes I was with a friend who had one and he got pulled over and all he had to say was that his dad gave him the sticker when his dad donated some money to the sheriffs department for them to get new uniforms, which funnily the guy was wearing. He thanked my friend and let him off even though he was going 65 in a 45!!
